Seeking blessings in the New Year is one of the traditions of bidding farewell to the old and welcoming the new; it implies happiness, good fortune, gratitude and receiving auspiciousness, making wishes, and many other longings for a better life.
In 2023, we braved through all the conditions and emerged stronger and wiser. Kickstarting 2024 on a positive note, Aranya successfully organised the MTV New Year Blessing Ceremony on Saturday, 13 January 2024 at Tai Pei Buddhist Centre.
More than 60 community-based Sangha, guests, laypersons and volunteers joined us in prayers and dedicated merits to our loved ones for good health, for world peace.
